Service Manager

With over 3 decades in business, our client is a leader in their industry, providing food and beverage services throughout BC. While they continue to grow they are looking to add a new role to their business as Service Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the service group, providing customer service while supporting the growth of the business.

Qualifications:
  • Oversee the Service Team – scheduling, productivity, planning
  • Coordinate with customers to provide updates on service and costing
  • Oversee business development and growth opportunities while completing your normally scheduled tasks
  • Follow up with stakeholders for technical related issues
  • Assist with development of, and operate within budgets – ensuring profitability and best practices

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year people management / supervisory experience, with a proven record of developing a team
  • Experience with MS Office – Excel and Word
  • Strong Customer Service abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean abstract
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
