Our client is a leader in the construction safety industry and prides themselves on exception customer service and product delivery. Today they are looking to bring on a Service Manager to their team. In this role you will work closely with the President of the company and drive construction projects to be on schedule and under budget.


  • Reports in President and works closing between site, office and client.
  • Project based responsibilities including allocating manpower.
  • Work directly with General Foreman to make sure projects are done on time and to the quality that the client expects
  • Train General Foreman and construction leads.
  • Reviews working Drawings and provides estimates and proposals.
  • OHS program review and implementation
  • Ensure safe work practices are always met, achieved through correspondence with GF, personal site and documentation audits, from time to time through one on one site personnel
  • Ensuring the proper chain of command processes are in place.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • information/documentation to our workers and the appropriate site contacts
  • Ensuring that all projects are staying within project labor and product budgets.
  • Ensuring proper inventory levels for products, tools and PPE.
  • Ensure proper training is up to date for all employees
  • Premobilization site visits to ensure adequate product and layout/setup and all documentation that is required to start and finish product
  • Safety Incidents / Accidents / Near Misses
  • Approve/Deny all time off request for workers as work schedule allows


  • Construction management certificate
  • 3 to 5 years construction leadership
  • Understanding of working drawings and have the ability to do takeoffs
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
