Our client is a market leader in providing rental equipment for infrastructure and utility projects across North America. As part of a national initiative, we are hiring a Shop Leader/supervisor, covering all branches across Canada and being based out of our Milton HQ.

Some responsibilities in this role include :
  • Enable continuous training for new and current machinists.
  • Ensure efficient and effective work methods and scheduling.
  • Champion and implement process improvement.
  • Foster team spirit in concert with company values.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across Canada to provide on-time and high-quality equipment conditions for client use.
  • Prioritize repair and maintenance work for all units in service.
  • Maintain equipment database with all internal information and inspection and service history.
