Our client is a well-established, prominent market leader in the custom built, equipment sector with a history of providing superior quality and service to their customers. We are currently searching for an accomplished Service Supervisor to join their branch in Calgary.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the supervisor will lead a team of skilled technicians as they complete annual PM service, routine maintenance and minor repairs.

Specifically, the Service Supervisor will:
  • Administer policies and procedures as they relate to the shop floor.
  • Step in where consumer concerns have escalated.
  • Investigate and warranty claims
  • Collaborate with management, sales team and parts department,
  • Search and establish new services as needed
  • Trouble shoot with service team on existing products
We are looking for an accomplished service leader with strong customer service skills familiar with coaching, leading a talented team of professionals.

Specifically, the successful Candidate will:
  • Strong background in heavy equipment service
  • Excellent people leadership skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Tech with some leadership
  • Superior organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible and possess the ability to set priorities
  • Energetic, reliable
  • Able to work as a team player or alone
