Our client is one of Canada’s largest Building Maintenance service providers. An experienced Site Manager is needed to oversee cleaning staff at various commercial properties in and around Nanaimo to promote exceptional client satisfaction and to directly supervise cleaning staff and sub-contracted service suppliers.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and coordinate with cleaners on store performance
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance applying industry best practices
  • Promote sales and additional services during site visits
  • Handle and manage customer complaints and concerns
  • Ensure scope of work is carried out at all locations
  • Manage costs and delivery of services as per contractual requirements
  • Maintain safety and health standards at all sites
  • Travel between sites regularly, report to Operations Manager
What We’re Looking For Includes:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in Supervisory Care/ Service Management or similar capacity
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and professional
  • Post-secondary education in business preferred
  • Excellent organization skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Valid driving record, access to own vehicle
  • Advanced understanding of customer service, sales and relationship management
  • Candidates must currently be entitled to work in Canada
  • Candidates must be bondable
