Our client is one of the Fraser Valley's busiest fuel stations (complete with car wash, C store, food court, and propane service) and they are adding a Store Manager to provide a new level of leadership to the business. The core objective of the Store Manager is to empower the team members to provide exceptional customer service while growing revenues and profitability.

What you will be doing:
  • Hiring, developing and managing the team to build and sustain a growth-oriented culture of service and business excellence.
  • Effectively managing the daily operations to optimize labour and inventory levels, product mix, revenues and profits.
  • Motivating and managing team to implement sales, marketing and promotions strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Increasing profitability by ensuring adherence to and optimization of business systems on an ongoing basis.
Who you are:
  • You are passionate about developing individuals and growing teams
  • You have at least five years of business/people management experience in a retail or service oriented environment
  • You have led culture change initiatives
  • You are skilled at developing and following through with action plans to achieve goals
  • You use technology to ensure efficiency and accuracy and are well versed with the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Customer service is part of your DNA and you are able to coach others to become passionate about provide an outstanding customer experience.
