As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you'll complete a five-phase rotational program designed to give you a well-rounded understanding of the business. You'll gain experience in warehouse operations, customer service, inside and outside sales, project management, purchasing, and account management before transitioning into a long-term career path.
Program Overview
Phase 1 - Warehouse & Logistics
- Learn the company's products, inventory, shipping, receiving, and supply chain processes.
- Develop experience in customer service, order management, inventory, pricing, and business operations.
- Support customers while assisting with project coordination and sales activities.
- Develop new business, manage customer relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Transition into a role aligned with your skills, strengths, and career goals.
- College diploma and/or university degree
- Positive, results-oriented attitude
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
