Technical Inside Sales

Our client is a North American leading supplier of electrical components, wire & cable, lighting, automation, and datacom products and services. They are looking for someone to manage an existing account base in a Technical Inside Sales capacity. Your goal in this role is to understand the client's needs, offer the appropriate solution and satisfy the client as a partner to the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • National & local support of day to day operations including branch level
  • Technical account management and maintenance
  • Build relationships internally and also with external stakeholders and vendor relations
  • Purchasing, Coordinating Projects, Quotations, and Pricing
  • Act as a Technical lead & support for Outside sales
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong Technical Experience in (electrical/mechanical, wire & cable)
  • Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technologist preferred
  • Experience working with Vendors and providing technical support
  • Corporate account management background
  • Project Sales experience a very nice to have
