Opportunity!

Our Partner has an immediate need for a Technical Service Manager to join their team due to internal movement. In this role, you will work with the Service Technician team and their Customers by providing Technical Support and expertise that enables a positive customer experience and outcome.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Leadership & Guidance to the team of technicians
  • Troubleshoot with respect to Breakdowns, Maintenance, Repair, and Inspection
  • Work with the team and Service Manager to provide quotes, estimates
  • Assist in Managing large projects
  • Prepare a Scope of Work for Customer and Technicians
  • Ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales and service process
Requirements:
  • Strong Leader that can provide Technical Support & Guidance
  • Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Heavy Industrial Technical Service Experience (ie. heavy equipment, material handling, crane, heavy machine)
  • Strong Electrical Education and Hands-on experience (ie. Industrial Electrician, Heavy Machine Mechanic)
  • Programming Drives Experience a Strong Asset
