Our client is an environmentally friendly alternative for the building materials industry. This is a high-touch, mission-driven sales role, with sustainability and 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) elements built-in. This role is based in Denver, Colorado.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Introduce product assortment to new and existing clients across the territory for which you are responsible
  • Client types would include building supply stores, hardware stores, lumber yards, independent home improvement stores
  • Advocate the mission of the company in each call
  • Physically write and transmit orders in each store call, ensure customer satisfaction, and ensure that products arrive on-time, as described
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions with store staff
  • Organize and attend customer-facing shows/demonstrations/events to educate and inform about the products
  • Be a product and company advocate in your territory
  • Uncover and engage new business while ensuring your existing business is well cared for
You should have the following in the background:
  • Post-secondary education
  • Direct Store Delivery sales experience in CPG, B2B, DIY
  • Clean(ish) drivers abstract and clear criminal record
  • Ability to travel throughout your territory daily, and travel internationally on occasion
  • Professional demeanour and a connection to environmental sustainability and an interest in home improvement
