Territory Manager - Calgary On Premise Accounts - Beer

They have set trends in the beer industry that other Canadian brewers have followed, and the brewery has a trophy case full of international accolades. In fact, they have been recognized in noteworthy and prestigious brewing competitions. Over the years, the main focus of producing world-class beer hasn’t changed.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Ensure consistent call coverage of the accounts in your territory, specifically bars, restaurants and nightclubs
  • Grow your existing sales through the introduction of high value marketing programs to drive usage occasions and volume consumption
  • Develop relationships with new customers to open doors to incremental account business
  • Leveraging brands and marketing properties to increase sales and maintain a positive return on investment
  • Ensure effective merchandising of accounts
  • Ensure market insights are fed back to leadership to build more programs and to exploit opportunities
  • Meeting with key decision makers within the On-Premise environment to strengthen relationships
  • Using business acumen to uncover market opportunities or issues and using insights to provide business solutions, changes or adaptations depending on market conditions
  • Analysis and follow up on key performance indicators
  • Manage and adhere to Territory budgets for marketing investments and entertainment and travel
You should have most of the following in your background:
  • Post secondary education
  • Outside sales experience
  • Strong analytical, financial and computer skills
  • High compete level and eager to problem solve and take ownership in your territory
  • Terrific personal presentation, people like you, trust you and want to do business with you
