This position is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with existing accounts while prospecting for new business within the assigned territory.
This role offers:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth (volume and distribution) and brand awareness with target customers through the Retail and On Premise channels
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Find new and creative ways to increase sales and distribution
- Plan and execute effective promotions and displays
- Prospect for new business
- Budget tracking and spend management
- Provide clear, concise and consistent communication streams to customers and internally
- Act as a professional ambassador for the brand within the community and at events
- Maintain an active and engaged attitude as member of the sales team
- Keep current on industry trends and market activity
- Post secondary education (diploma or undergrad degree), business or commerce ideal
- Proven and relevant work experience as a sales representative in a fast-moving consumer goods environment, preferably beverage alcohol. Craft beer is ideal!
- Existing relationships with key buyers is an asset
