Our client is an established, family owned, national company who comes to market with a competitive edge, representing iconic brands in both the beer and RTD categories. They are currently seeking passionate and energetic dual channel Territory Managers for the Fraser Valley region.

The position offers a competitive compensation package (base salary, bonus, car allowance) in additional to wellness perks, benefits and an RRSP matching program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Call on on-premise and retail outlets in defined territory to maximize volume & value share
  • Deliver territory volume targets within allocated resources
  • Maintain and grow volume for existing customers
  • Develops and implements a profitable and geographically comprehensive prospecting initiative, targeting high potential customers
  • Champion education for both consumers and customers on brands, products and promotions
  • Ownership of the territory sales plan: call planning, account planning, evaluation of promotions, competitive intelligence gathering, manage business within acceptable ROI (defined by company), contribute to team based objectives
Key Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years sales experience in the beverage alcohol (ideal), or consumer package goods industry
  • Results oriented, competitive approach to sales
  • An appreciation for beer is considered a strong asset
  • Degree or diploma in business with a focus in sales or marketing or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including quantitative analysis
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends from time to time
