You will work from your home office, vehicle, client’s office and in the marketplace, as required. The role is a dual territory – meaning both retail and on-premise calls. There will also be time spent at trade shows and events which may require overnight travel.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Calling on all distribution channels (private retail, SLGA HO & Stores and OP) to maximize volume and value share.
  • Deliver established targets behind the critical sales fundamentals – distribution, shelving, display, pricing, and promotion.
  • Achieve annual Territory sales volume and value share targets
  • Execute retail promotions and display programs; manage inventory levels in Retail Outlets
  • Manage all retail shelf sets in accordance with company standards and Account shelf set principles
  • Execute on-premise promotions with targeted independent licensee accounts and key National Account customers
  • Deploy effective and efficient budget control principles to ensure all defined spending is within established budget plans
To apply for this role, you should have most of the following in your background:
  • Beverage Alcohol knowledge – as well as SLGA Head Office sales experience
  • Post-secondary education
  • Strong achievement orientation with a commitment to delivering business results.
  • Strong customer orientation, possessing strong negotiation skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve mutually beneficial sales objectives
