Territory Manager, Greater Vancouver Region

Our clients manufactures and supplies a wide variety of branded and white label products to the wellness and better for you retailers across Canada and the United States. In order to support this, our client is seeking a strong Territory Manager to drive the business in the Vancouver Lower Mainland territory.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Plan and meet your sales targets for the territory
  • Analyze trends in the business, customer and competitive environment to identify sales opportunities, threats and issues
  • Present new products, capture more than your fair share of display space and advertising opportunity
  • Develop coverage and call plans to attain reach and frequency targets for each customer category
  • Optimize shelf space, positioning, and inventory levels of products and sizes as determined by listing objectives
  • Stimulate resale of products to end users through effective sales promotion and merchandising activity (displays/in-store feature/coop ads)
  • Work across the organization to drive your objectives and that of your team
  • Maintain a detailed, accurate information database on territory and customers
  • Be a preferred vendor and support of your customers
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time
You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • Post secondary education
  • Strong, successful background in CPG / FMCG / B2B sales
  • Strong computer skills, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have a basic understanding on Market track information – Nielsen
  • Proven negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Valid driver’s license and passport (out of country travel required) (when safe)
