Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and foster relationships with current customers ensuring their needs are met
- Deliver educational product seminars to Engineers, Architects & Technical Buyers
- Manage a complex sales cycle with Salesforce (CRM) to help pursue Buyers & Influencers
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase territory revenue and dealer network
- Attend industry events to help expand distribution and product awareness
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering field or Business preferred
- 5+ years in Outside B2BSales (preferably in a technical manufacturing industry)
- Background or exposure to civil engineering or construction engineering
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity, passion and strong Business Development skills
- Excellent in-person with networking and presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and experience working in a team setting
- Valid drivers license and a valid passport
- Software skills including MS Office and Salesforce CRM
