Based in the Lower Mainland and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager represents our client's Foodservice products, programs and services in British Columbia and Manitoba (remotely). Primarily focused on the Coffee category, this role will work with foodservice operators in Healthcare, Gaming, Accommodation and other channel segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize, plan and execute assigned Territory coverage through in-person and remote/virtual customer calls
  • Achieve targeted business results utilizing a “retain and grow” strategy
  • Lead the sales process from start to finish (customer discovery, presentations, equipment recommendations, installation support, training and follow-up)
  • Work with industry partners, effectively involving Sales, Broker Sales Teams, Distributor Sales Representatives, and National Account / GPO Sales Teams
  • Prepare and lead customer presentations, product/equipment demos, coffee tastings, and product cuttings
  • Completion of administrative duties in an accurate and timely fashion (CRM, Equipment Orders, Sales Reporting, Expenses)
Key Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education required (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years Foodservice or Hospitality Sales Experience
  • Skilled at Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills to manage a diverse client base and interact efficiently with all levels and functions inside and outside the Organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently from your home office
