Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for brokerage transportation sales to align with overall company objectives
  • Utilize an existing book of business and industry connections to expand the company's client base and foster strong customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Use Pipedrive CRM to track and manage accounts
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives
  • Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability
What We’re Looking For Includes:
  • Proven track record of success in a senior brokerage transportation role, with a demonstrable book of business
  • Extensive experience in business development, client retention, and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM software for managing accounts
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and innovate
