Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and schedule valet attendants, ensuring high-quality service.
  2. Guest Services: Provide top-notch service, assisting with parking, luggage, and information.
  3. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, traffic flow, and safety.
  4. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards, inspecting vehicles, uniforms, and areas.
  5. Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  6. Communication: Maintain clear communication with management and staff.
  7. Training: Provide ongoing training for valet attendants.
  8. Revenue Management: Monitor revenue and expenses to maximize profitability.
  9. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with valet parking vendors.
Qualifications:
  • G driver’s license or better
  • Post Secondary Degree or Diploma
  • Previous hospitality or valet experience required.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
