With almost 30 years experience and industry knowledge, our client is a leading national equipment funding partner in Canada.

With continued growth, they are looking to add to the Canadian Leadership Team. Based in Vancouver, BC, the VP, Certified Used, will report into the President and lead the evolution of the department in North America by delivering various strategies that drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a strategy to position Certified Used business unit with superior asset management capability
  • Drive continuous improvements and operational excellence to ensure the commercial viability of the Certified Used business
  • Deliver on our commitment to providing superior partner and customer experience by leveraging our established go to market channels and E-Commerce capabilities and developing new channels to drive growth and market penetration
  • Use market data and applicable sales management software tools to maximize asset management efficiency
  • Provide leadership, direction and support to the Certified Used team ensuring customer and Dealer Partner satisfaction

Key Qualifications:
  • College or University degree in commerce or marketing or equivalent body of experience
  • Minimum of 5 – 8 years experience managing a team
  • 5+ years proven business development experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality in used equipment management
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial, commercial or equipment funding advantages
  • Demonstrated experience operating at the leadership table responsible for a commercial, sales and operational business unit
  • Strong stakeholder manager - capable of building both internal and external relationships
  • Superior leadership skills with the ability to create developmental pathways for our people
  • Able to analyze large sets of data, and provide recommendations based on analysis
