Our client is hiring a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join their team in Hamilton, On. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive the software and payments sales growth as well as business strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with executive team to build sales, marketing, and go-to-market channel strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with current/new internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and execute marking pipeline growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to research market needs
  • Monitor the performance of sales and marketing staff to ensure annual goals are met

Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in marketing and sales management
  • 5+ years experience in marketing strategies
  • 5+ years experience in Payments/Saas/POS industries
  • Bachelors degree in Business is considered an asset
  • Strong focus on marketing duties, with ability to sell and close business
