We're partnering with a leading food manufacturing company find to a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse and distribution operations at their Brandon, MB facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods on and off site, while leading a sizable, unionized workforce and supporting cross-functional operations.

Who you are:
  • Lead all logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and coordination with internal teams and third-party carriers
  • Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and material tracking to ensure accuracy and supply chain integrity
  • Manage and develop a team of ~100+ hourly and salaried employees in a unionized environment
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, QA, and Scheduling to support operational flow and customer fulfillment
  • Act as the primary contact for cross-border logistics, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and documentation (BOLs, TDG, etc.)
  • Drive performance through KPI tracking, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee training programs, payroll approvals, and workforce planning
  • Support audits, food safety programs, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, BRC, health & safety)
  • Participate as a key member of the site leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational planning
What you'll do:
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations within a unionized environment
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, inventory control, and distribution centre operations
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP/EWM preferred)
  • Proven leadership, team development, and labour relations experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and regulatory requirements
  • Background in supply chain management or related field is an asset
