The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role leads a team of warehouse associates, maintains inventory accuracy, and upholds safety and quality standards. Based in Surrey/Langley area.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation and system updates.
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with 2+ year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS).
