Bio

Originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Jeff Danis has been a cornerstone of Canada’s industrial sector for more than three decades. His career began in the pulp and paper industry, where he spent 23 years working with two of the world’s largest and most respected manufacturers, Metso and Voith. Over that time, Jeff gained hands-on experience and leadership responsibility across a range of disciplines including design, project management, technical sales, people management, and manufacturing operations. This extensive industry background gave him a deep understanding of how complex industrial organizations operate and the people who drive their success.

In 2006, Jeff transitioned his career into executive search, combining his industrial expertise with a passion for helping companies and professionals achieve long-term success. His focus has remained on Industrial Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations recruitment, where he has built lasting relationships with clients and candidates across Canada.

Jeff joined MacDonald Search Group (MSG) in early 2012 as a Senior Partner, quickly becoming one of the firm’s most trusted advisors.
