We are searching on behalf of a local client for a Construction Project Manager to join their team here in Ottawa. In the role, you will be responsible for guiding the construction of the project from design to completion with a focus on providing a high quality build both on-time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

Provide clear and detail written and oral communication
Work to establish construction methods and assist in resolving conflict
Give direction to Project Coordinators on preparation of agendas
Direct project team on close-out and ensure documentation is kept current
Report monthly to ownership teams on project status

Qualifications:

10+ years' experience in Construction Project Management roles
Experience working on multi-unit residential and commercial mid to high rise projects
Experience with multi-unit wood frame builds, mandatory
Ability to lead a team and build strong rapport with team members
PMP considered an asset
