The Production Supervisor oversees the production team and manages each project through the production process on site. It is a day shift position that will supervise an experienced team.
Health and safety is a priority on site and ensuring projects complete on time and budget.
Based in the Okanagan Valley, Kelowna area.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Ability to motivate, train, and coach a team
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with all levels in a business
- MS Office skillset
- Union experience is a major asset.
