Born and raised in the heart Muskoka, Jesse moved to Ottawa in 2009 to earn a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Carleton University. Upon graduation, he moved through various roles in retail, banking, and sales before discovering his passion for Recruitment in 2018. Building relationships and looking beyond the resume, Jesse approaches recruitment from a position of consultation and a creative mindset to source out exceptional talent.
Before joining MacDonald Search Group, Jesse was working in technical recruitment throughout the pandemic covering requisitions all across Canada. As a life-long learner, he finds great interest in asking why? “If you can ask the question, you can find an answer.”
